Before submitting any repair please create a support ticket first. 99 % of the products are not correctly connected or installed. We will review your support request and do our best to first help you in solving your issue. Please create a ticket through below link.

When we are not able to solve your ticket we will request you to create a Return/Repair request.
To do so please follow below instructions.
1. To make a return/repair request you must first create an account or sign in to your account through our website: https://www.digikeijs.com/
2. Once you have created an account and you are signed in please navigate to ‘My Account’
3. Once you are in your account you can select the ‘’Return / Repair’’ button to start your Return or your Repair.
4. Here you will find an overview with all your returns/repairs made previously. To create a new Return or repair click the ‘’Request New Return Or Repair’’ button
5. From here you can either select an order you have made with us in the past or you can select an Offline order if you have bought our products externally from one of our dealers. Once you have selected your order press Apply.
5.1 Orders purchased through Digikeijs: Please fill out all the fields required and don’t forget to check if your return address is still up to date! Please also note that the Resolution is a suggestion and is not binding!
5.1.1 Once everything is filled in and you agree with our terms and conditions you can Submit your request.
5.2 Orders purchased externally! If you have purchased from one of our dealers you can create your return/repair here. Fill in all the information and don’t forget to check if your return address is still up to date. Please also note that the Resolution is a suggestion and is not binding!
5.2.2 Once everything is filled in and you agree with the terms and conditions you can Submit your request.
After you have submitted your request one of our agents will view and either approve or decline your request. Do not send any products back to us without creating a ticket and return/repair request.
